Friday Evening (8.17.12): We started our new apartment search by viewing a place in Golden Valley; the place set the bar pretty high. Then we went to Bed, Bath, & Beyond to purchase some much needed new Brita filter, went home and ate dinner (dessert too!), made some notecards for Mark, and watched some Dark Shadows!

Saturday (8.18.12): Had to miss the Farmer's Market (insert sad face here) because Mark's parents had a 25th wedding anniversary bash in Atwater. We woke up early to run Chloe, picked up Daren and Jeff, and started on the 2.5 hour drive. We were able to see some of Mark's siblings and nieces & nephews and eat some food. On the way home I let Mark stop by the World's Largest Ball of Twine by One Man and he was in heaven. After getting back home I baked some
muffins and we went to bed.

Sunday (8.19.12): Woke up, made breakfast, and went to the dog park. We then went and viewed another apartment (which also impressed us) and went grocery shopping. Then it was the normal Mark studying-Tara cleaning routine. Ended the weekend with more Dark Shadows.
